My husband has been gone tonight picking up my daughter (she spent the weekend with her cousins) and the kids are in bed. So what do I spend my evening doing when I could be getting some major cleaning, sewing, or reading done?
I take pictures of myself and play with Picnik.

Those pictures are adorable! I sympathise with not knitting much in the summer. I always think I'll stock up lots of socks in the summer, but then I never knit much. And cotton hurts my hands too. Since I love to sew with cotton, it's funny how yucky it is to knit.
